We are currently advising on development and refurbishment opportunities all over the UK but are especially active and acquisitive in the Greater London area as a consequence of our role as retained agents for the Sainsbury's Local convenience store format which often involves creating new stores by the development or refurbishment of previously unsuitable sites.
